Madame Foie Gras


Foie gras has always been Catherine Klein’s guilty pleasure : her alsatian origins, her passion for South-Western France and her taste for fine food were as many reasons for her to enjoy this typically French product and to share it with her friends.
Following her expatriated husband in Rio, she fell in love with the city and decided to stay.
Her hobby then became her job : she created the first Carioca Foie Gras, first called “Catherine en Famille”, for her son had joined her to develop their business.
She asked Cheeeeese! to work on the naming, to create a visual identity and the product packagings : Madame Foie Gras Ipanema was born !
